AMI Courses

All training courses provided by Montessori Institute of Bucharest (MIB) are based on the authentic information directly provided by Maria Montessori, as conveyed by Association Montessori Internationale (AMI).

Our training centre is one of the 73 training centres worldwide and the only educational institution in Romania authorised by AMI to issue diplomas and certificates with international qualification recognition in genuine Montessori Education.

The AMI Courses are developed based on the first courses held by Maria Montessori herself and by her son, Mario and aim at every person who works with children from 0 to 12 years old, not only teachers or educators, but also parents or nannies, caregivers, psychologists or therapists.

The didactic methods used in these courses vary from lectures to debates, presentations and Montessori materials practice. A specific method is practice and observation in schools, supported and mentored by educators holding an AMI Diploma.

Future career opportunities and options are diverse. The AMI Diploma offers not only the chance of a future job in Montessori schools all over the world, but also enables diploma holders to support and work with disadvantaged children, with children having developmental disabilities or children with special needs.
