Training routes
The AMI courses are developed from the first courses given by Maria Montessori herself and her son Mario and are open to anyone interested in working with children aged 0-18: not only educators or teachers, but also parents or nannies, psychologists or therapists.
Diploma Courses
You deeply study the Montessori approach to child and human development. You work under the guidance of a well-trained and experienced trainer in the classroom to apply the principles in practice and for your own spiritual transformation.

Trainer supervised practice
This is like a rare gem of AMI courses, a defining experience for students, a precious gift for the children of future educators. Students work with the materials in the classroom (a representative model for each level), experience repetition, concentration, discovering the logic of each presentation and its degree of difficulty. In this way, they master and love the technique of working with children, so that during the presentations their attention can be 100% on the child. The students also understand the level of involvement that the child gets during the work and learn how to protect them.
The students also practice games and grace and courtesy lessons in small groups, learning the joy of play and a jovial attitude towards the child.
The adult will adapt the pattern of presentation for each child, just as a tailor adapts the pattern of a coat to fit the customer. The clarity of the educator’s pattern becomes clarity in the child’s mind.
Montessori educator or assistant
Most of our students are already employed during the course, the demand being high both in the country and abroad.
Kindergarten founder
Our courses offer a clear vision of child development, which some of our graduates choose to value for opening a kindergarten or an educational center.
Consultant
The graduates are well-trained to advise parents on how to organise the home environment, the type of Montessori activities to put into practice, the way to implement routines, etc.
Montessori materials maker
Diploma courses provide the necessary expertise to create authentic Montessori materials that support child development in order to fulfill the specific purpose of each material.
Trainer
The graduates of AMI diploma courses may apply for the AMI Train the Trainer program after a minimum of 5 years in the classroom.

Ce spun absolvenții noștri
Ce privilegiu deosebit este să fii parte la construirea noilor rădăcini Montessori în Romania și să întâlnești pe toți acești oameni care încet și sigur au început să se simtă acasă la MIB.
Ce privilegiu aparte este să găsești un sens atât de aproape de inima ta și să înțelegi misiunea frumoasă pe care o ai: de a fi martor la creșterea naturală a copiilor. Multumesc pentru efortul pe care l-ati facut ca toate acestea să se întâmple!
Pentru mine au fost foarte valoroase feedback-urile primite în timp util de la trainer. Niciodată nu am primit comentarii atât de delicate și de punctuale din care transpărea dorința trainerului de a te ajuta să înțelegi, să reușești și să devii încrezător în forțele tale.
A fost un drum cu provocări, cu suișuri și coborâșuri, cu bucurii și frământări. Însă tocmai parcurgerea acestui drum plin de încercări a dus la formarea noastră ca oameni și ghizi încrezători, puternici, perseverenți, la întărirea caracterului, la împlinirea noastră. Obținerea diplomei nu reprezintă doar încă o „dovadă“ în portofoliu, ci o încununare a efortului și perseverenței, o încheiere a unui proces de împlinire profesională și sufletească, o renaștere.
Cursul te ajută să te cunoști mai mult pe tine însuți, căci nu poți sprijini copilul să se clădească, dacă tu nu știi cine ești. Pe lângă aceasta, te ajută să te adâncești în abordarea Montessori și să o așezi ca mod de viață pentru fiecare zi.
Când intri într-un astfel de curs trebuie să fii sigur că îti dorești o transformare, pentru că nu te poți întoarce același om care ai venit.
Am decis să fac cursul de educatori în urma absolvirii cursului de asistenți de educatori la MIB, dorind să aprofundez această metodă. Participând la acest curs, am întâlnit oameni profesioniști, calzi, dornici să ajute și să împărtășească informații valoroase pe c are eu să le folosesc ulterior în lucrul cu copiii. Pot să spun, cu mana pe inima și fără nicio exagerare, că acest curs mi-a schimbat perspectiva asupra vieții și asupra ființei umane. M-am dus cu mintea și inima deschise neștiind ce mă așteaptă și mi le-am umplut cu iubire si cunoștințe care sper să rămână cu mine mereu. Multumesc echipei MIB pentru aceasta ocazie!
Îmi doream de mult să fac un curs introductiv Montessori. Voiam sa aflu cum se realizează cursurile într-o școală Montessori. Kyla a fost un trainer excelent și am învățat multe lucruri inovatoare pentru contextul în care lucrez. Voi face multe schimbări la clasa mea, voi folosi mai des grupul, le voi da mai multă libertate copiilor în alegerea activităților, îi voi lăsa să cunoască universul prin propriile forțe, să dezvolte abilități de gândire practică. Voi recomanda cursul acesta tuturor, este foarte necesar cadrelor didactice care lucrează cu copiii de 6-12 ani.
