A consistent and dynamic dialog between two international AMI trainers, Kyla Morenz – level 6-12 years and Mariana Uliță – level 3-6 years, based on understanding how adults learn. AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) is the association that has designed extensive courses with the purpose to prepare future educators/teachers able to offer the children the freedom to explore, collaborate and discover for themselves effective ways of learning and dealing with everyday situations. What does this training involve? Why do we particularly support AMI? Why are our courses such a transformative experiences? Why do our students say that, although they are long and demanding, AMI courses are among the most meaningful experiences in their lives?
We invite you to reflect together and explore how knowledge is naturally constructed for adults and children, to understand what layers of knowledge need to be take into consideration in order to build a deep understanding of the child and his way to learn.
